Another theory has come to light and makes perfect sense as to why the pizza is missing..
Jo accepted a lift from someone she knew. He asked where her car was, she told him that her boyfriend was using it and was away until Sunday. That was how he knew she was alone. When she got out of the car she forgot to take the pizza. She went into her flat and removed her jacket, boots, left her bag on the table, opened a drink and settled down. There was a knock or ring at the door and the 'lift' person said that she'd left the pizza in his car which means he may have only realised when he arrived home the pizza was on the back seat.. and returned because she may have mentioned she bought it to eat that night...this would mean the killer lived nearby, ( if the witness heard Jo scream at 9pm....) He chatted and made an advance towards her which made her scream. He strangled her to shut her up. He put her in the car with intention to take her to the quarry but dumped her nearby. Explaining also why she answered the door in her ski socks...
The killer took the pizza along with Jo's body because both contained his DNA. The killer would also have had access to Jo's key meaning he could have returned later to remove her body and return her keys to her bag. As we all know from the McCann case cadaver dogs should have been first on the scene if Jo's body had remained in the flat for several hours cadaver would be present. Maybe the police should call in Eddie and Martin Grime...they would then at least know Jo died in the flat...I wonder why they have not done so...???
Looking for cat hairs in cars known to Jo and Greg whose owner has NOT been inside the flat...the cat maybe crucial to finding the killer. Police should look out for a friend or neighbour of the couples suddenly having the inside of their car cleaned...It is a long shot but worth the extra mile to catch this bastard
