Jo Yeates. Laurence Clark(window cleaner) posting on Facebook has removed his posts but had this to say...
Laurence Clark has removed his posts but perhaps the key detail he stated was that there is no internal connecting door or stairs between the Garden Flat and the Communal Lobby.
It seemed Laurence removed his posts after someone claimed they may have met...interesting

@ Lawrence - Thanks, that's great mate and may be relevant in due course although I am sure a number of Page users might be intrigued as to how you would have this knowledge. Of perhaps greater interest is the house on the opposite side of the alley - 42, home of Peter Stanley and Laurence Penney - where there appears to be a window in some photos in the public domain, overlooking the alley. I'm guessing this maybe a bathroom or stairs landing but may offer a better view. Any knowledge at all on that side please Lawrence?

@Lawrence
Do you know whether the basement flats have internal doors leading to the communal hall and postbox area?

Thanks, good, then he should be able to add more to the discussion, I only ever worked in the area as a gardener at ground level ;)

@Lawrence - Thanks mate, all good stuff and helps the discussions on this Page, you're a diamond! So, one more question; although you have not suggested you know next door - 42 - would you say that the door to Greg & Joanna's garden flat was overlooked by window(s) on the side of 42, and any idea what these rooms might be e.g. bathroom, stair landing? Cheers mate.
p.s. we may have crossed paths as I used to work as a freelance gardener in this area and had clients on both Canynge Road and Percival Road although my "patch" extended to Leigh Woods and Abbots Leigh. You'll know the "Corry Tap" eh?
