Letter received by post 27th Dec..no deliveries this day so is there CCTV footage of this being delivered ? was there a stamp, saliva ?..would be no good to match with a 'prankster' without a previous record..I hope this idiot is caught and made to serve time for his or her little joke..maybe a lesson to those in future who forget a woman is dead.
