From The Times:
"Police investigating the murder of Joanna Yeates are confident that her killer is someone known to her rather than a predatory killer who chose her at random.
Detectives believe that whoever murdered the 25-year-old landscape architect will be someone who has already been logged by investigators as one of her circle of friends and associates. While they have received thousands of calls from the public, detectives are believed to be pursuing a handful of definite lines of inquiry."
